Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, HairFit asks that you please give more than 48 hours’ notice so that we can fill your slot.  Deposits are non-refundable but can be added to future bookings if you provide us more than 48 hours’ notice of your original appointment.

Changes to the appointment or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the cost of your service(s) that were booked.

Cancellations or no shows on the day of appointment will be charged 100% cost of the service(s) that were booked.

Please ensure you are on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the client that follows.
